Deed Fried Coconut Cassava Kueh

Ingredients:
500g cassava (steamed, mashed while hot)
90g brown/caster sugar
100g shredded coconut

ingredients B (batter)
70g plain flour
35g rice flour
1 tsp salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
120ml water

Ingredients (filling):
250g potatoes (diced and steamed for 10 minutes until cooked)
2 tbsp curry powder (Babas)
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tsp sugar

Ingredients (Skin):

Water dough:
175g all purpose flour
15g vegetable butter (Margerin/daisy)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
30ml corn oil
60ml cold water (add slowly until the dough is soft and firm)

Oil dough:
50 g all purpose flour
20ml corn oil
