In this video, we will introduce and explain how to make a covered ring, which is used in all kinds of handmade accessories and jewelry making.

This time we use standard cabochon-cut malachite, but you can also clasp turquoise stones with a snarled shape, as seen in Indian jewelry, by adapting the shape and size of the stone.

This technique can be used in the same way for silver accessories as well, since brass is only used for explanation.
Silver is softer than brass, so this technique is easier to use with silver.
