Reflecting on The Four Corners Motorcycle Journey - 5,400 miles in 19 Days.

The Four Corners Monument Navajo Tribal Park was the “pin” on the map from where I would plan all other potential routes. I needed to put a “pin” on the map and designate a point that would pull me forward. Something that would be a beacon and a guidepost to a place. It would be the gravity that would pull me over 2,200 miles from home in Florida. It would be the longest “walk” to the corner I had ever taken. Four places in one, four states at one GPS coordinate (New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, & Utah), and a moment to anticipate. The Grand Finale was the ride home traveling through the North Carolina.

Bliss on the Lake in the Nantahala Forest on Lake Santeetlah. Minutes from Deals Gap, the Cherohala Skyway, the Moonshiner, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Wow, what a ride!To the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the southernmost entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, traveling to Asheville, NC, and heading back home to Florida.

19 days and 5,400 miles, a motorcycle adventure to remember.
