विश्व प्रसिद्ध तिरुपति मंदिर का लड्डू विवाद अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है.. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को सुनवाई करते हुए आंध्रप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू को ना सिर्फ कडी फटकार लगाई बल्कि कई तीखे सवाल भी किए। अदालत ने नायडू से पूछा कि जुलाई में आई रिपोर्ट पर दो महीने बाद बयान क्यों दिया... जब आप निश्चित नहीं थे कि सैंपल किस घी का लिया गया तो बयान क्यों दिया.? इससे पहले सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी की ओर से पेश हुए वकील ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दलील देते हुए कहा, कि इस तरह के बयानों का लोगों पर व्यापक असर पड़ता है. जब सीएम ने ही ऐसा बयान दिया तो राज्य सरकार से निष्पक्ष जांच की उम्मीद नहीं है। वकील ने कहा कि घी सप्लाई करने वाला सप्लायर कौन था? क्या इस तरह अचानक जांच की कोई व्यवस्था है? उन्होंने कहा कि मामले की निगरानी कोर्ट की तरफ से करने की जरूरत है. वहीं, राज्य सरकार की ओर से पेश हुए मुकुल रोहतगी ने कहा कि स्वामी खुद TTD ट्रस्ट से जुड़े रहे हैं? क्या उनकी याचिका को निष्पक्ष कह सकते हैं? सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी का मकसद साफ है. वो राज्य सरकार पर निशाना साधना चाहते हैं. इस पर जस्टिस विश्वनाथन ने कहा कि स्वामी कह रहे हैं कि सैंपल उस घी का लिया गया, जिसे TTD ट्रस्ट ने इस्तेमाल नहीं किया. इसके साथ ही जस्टिस बीआर गवई ने कहा कि जब जांच जारी है तो बीच मे ऐसा बयान क्यों दिया. सीएम का पद एक संवैधानिक पद है।

On this, Justice Vishwanathan said that Swamy is saying that the sample was taken of the ghee which was not used by the TTD Trust. Along with this, Justice BR Gavai said that when the investigation is going on, then why did he give such a statement in the middle. The post of CM is a constitutional post.
