Here is my routine for healthy hair:
1. Cleanse- I like to use a shampoo that cleans my hair, without making it feel too dry. The one I’m currently using is Silk Elements Advanced Repair Shampoo.
2. Moisturize- I do this with weekly hot oil and deep conditioning treatments
3. Style- I style my hair once a week in a silk press. This is easy for me to do and maintain and isn’t too damaging on my hair.
