A quick trail run through Beddgelert forest on logging tracks and trails. It was a little overcast but patches of blue sky showed through the clouds here and there and the weather was cool with a very brief shower of rain. I hiked through here not so long ago to check out the mountains Moel Ogof and Moel Lefn that stand nearby but didn’t spend too much time in the forest and this was a great opportunity to return and explore some more.

One of my projects this year is to run an Ultra distance (50km+) and this would actually be a really cool loop to do, using the car park as an aid station to refuel. We’ll see, I need to get some more distance training in before I attempt that.
