Just picked up my new Robin Wood ax, and now it's time to take it out for a spin!
much lighter than my usual carving ax
a lot whippier
thinner head means it bites deep into the wood, so I have to make slight adjustments on my swing, as to not take too much off.
edge will need a little work, and I may have to file the toe a smidgen, but all in all, this ax is wonderful!
