Hi, I'm Chiharu Suh and here's the first part of the tutorial for my chibi doll version of the character Luffy from the One Piece anime

Materials Used:
Use a #2 (1.50 mm) or #0 (1.75 mm) crochet hook to crochet a 15 cm chibi
For the base: Charme Pink 3047 and Blue 2770 yarn;
Hair: Black Charm Thread and embroidery needle;
Hat: Charm Mustard Thread 7030 and Red 3402 or 3581;
Blouse: Red Charm Thread 3402 or 3581;
Canary Yellow Anne yarn 1289;
2 black eyes with safety lock in sizes 8 mm, 10 mm or 12 mm;
Embroidery needle or upholstery needle;
I used about 10 cm of tenderness wool to make the white detail on the chibi's leg;
Dry pastel chalk to color the face;
Acrylic paint for fabric to paint the detail on the chest;
Thin black yarn or black paint to make the details of the face;
Anti-allergic acrylic filling;
Scissors;
Fabric glue (optional);
