It's time to put it all back together starting with the frame, steering stem and rear suspension. In this video I will hone the steering races, pack the bearings with grease and put the steering stem back onto the frame. After that, I'll completely refurbish the rear suspension components, the rear shock and the swing arm. These components are a little bit easier to work on without the engine inn place. I can flip the frame around to wherever I need in order to access the mounting points without bother.

The intent of these videos is to help beginners understand how these bikes work and how to fix them when they don't! Using parts from my years of collecting, I have almost everything to rebuild this bike except for a few small items and the major gaskets. By using used parts and simple tools, it is possible to do a lot of the work yourself and keep the cost of repairs to a minimum. It doesn't matter if your are restoring or repairing your bike, motorcycle engine repair doesn't need to be complicated. I hope you enjoy it and please subscribe to see lots more that are in the works!
