To prepare the chicken

1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon of minced ginger

2 cups of tomato juice, halves

1 cup cooking cream

To make a starch mixture
¼ cup of water
1 tablespoon starch

To make rice
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cube of butter
Cardamom
Clove
Bay leaf
2 cups of Basmati Rice, soaked for 30 minutes
Salt, to taste
Boiling water at the rate of 1 and ½ cups for each cup of rice
Hot pepper to taste
