Abhinaya : Shiva Panchak

Mahadev Shiva is the formidable God .He with the glorious matted hair and the flowing deadlocks .His crested head is adorned by a resplendent half-moon . He covers his torso with a deerskin, his waist enriched by a snake ,and he who holds in his head the sacred river Ganga . Shiva the Vanquisher of mankind's enemies with the trishul ,in his tandava from playing incessantly the damru burned kamadeva Madana into ash with the power of his third eye .
