This is the final addition to my arc power rankings trilogy. In those previous videos I went through every major arc and ranked the top ten characters based only on what we knew up to that point in the story. So for example, when ranking Itachi in part one I did not rank him until he appeared in the sannin showdown arc, and I didn’t take something like susanoo into account since it did not appear until part two. These videos are a peak back into our perspectives earlier in the series, and allows us to sort of reexperience naruto again. And just as a reminders these lists are very general rankings since I am covering such a broad topic. I’ll even sometimes give a range for a character, so just keep in mind I am working with limited information so there will be a lot of grey areas. Another reminder is that I will only be ranking characters I deem significant. In the land of waves arc I did not rank the other four kage because they didn’t seem that important and it was more fun to rank the characters we actually knew something about.
