あまり効果的にはできませんでしたが、一応、ティルトレンズ撮影によるミニチュア風効果を狙ってみました。

お祭りの一週間ほど前に、通勤で使用している東京都内の駅でポスターを見かけ、撮影に行きたいと思い出かけてきました。
つい先月まで秩父札所34観音霊場を巡礼し、動画を作成していたのでひと月ぶりの秩父でした。
About a week before the festival, I saw a poster at the station in Tokyo that I use for commuting, and remembered that I wanted to go and take some photos.
Just last month, I made a pilgrimage to the 34 Kannon temples in Chichibu and made a video about it, so it was my first visit to Chichibu in a month.

埼玉県最大級の寺坂棚田は全体面積約5.2haのうち約4haが水田（約250枚）だそうです。
お祭りでは約600個のかがり火の点灯と演奏会（トランペット、三味線、二胡、歌）が行われました。

The festival featured the lighting of about 600 bonfires and a concert (trumpet, shamisen, erhu, and singing).

15時頃に横瀬駅に着いた時、大降りの雨が降る時間帯もありましたが、幸いにも雨は止み、無事にイベントが行われ大勢の方々が訪れました。
When I arrived at Yokoze Station around 3 p.m., there were periods of heavy rain, but fortunately the rain stopped and the event was held without incident and many people attended.

棚田では用水路を流れる水の音や様々な生物の奏でる音が聞こえてきます。
In the rice terraces, you can hear the sound of water flowing through the irrigation canal and the sounds of various living creatures.

しばらく前まで降っていた雨が上がり、晴れた空が雲の間から顔を出し始めました。
星空の下、豊かな自然の中、灯るかがり火と美しい棚田の風景をお楽しみ下さい。
このイベントは棚田に携わる方々が、より棚田を親しむイベントとして平成19年から実施しているそうです。

雨が止んで日が差し始めた頃、次第に人が集まり始めました。
As the rain stopped and the sun began to shine, people gradually began to gather.

次第にかがり火に火が灯されていきます。明るい中、緑が映えて大変美しい光景です。
日が落ちて暗くなり始めると日中とはまた異なる美しさの幻想的な風景が次第に姿を表します。
Gradually, the bonfires are lit. The greenery stands out against the light, creating a truly beautiful sight.
As the sun sets and it starts to get dark, a fantastical landscape with a different beauty to that seen during the day gradually emerges.

すっかり日が落ちて暗くなると、かがり火がより一層輝きを放ちます。それぞれの時間帯で異なる美しさを持つ風景を楽しむことができました。
The sun has completely set and it is now dark. The bonfire shines brighter. I was able to enjoy the scenery, which has different beauty at each time of day.
