Learn how to use Essential Oils to make a Natural, Non-Toxic Bug Spray that will repel mosquitos! In this video I will show the process of how to select and combine essential oils to make a safe and effective botanical mixture...no harsh chemicals or added fillers. EO stands for essential oil.

My Personal Remedy Recipe
*To make a 1oz sprayer bottle*
* 20-25ml WitchHazel
* 6-10 drops of each: Lemongrass EO, Lemon EO, Tea Tree Oil
* 10-15 drops of each: Geranium EO, Eucalyptus EO, Citronella EO
* 20 drops of each: Lavender EO and Peppermint EO
* 25-30 drops of Cedarwood EO
Store in a dark sprayer bottle and label clearly

List of essential oils that are recommended to repel insects:
Lemon, Lemon-eucalyptus, Lavender, Cinnamon, Thyme, Catnip, Citronella, Tea tree (adds antiseptic properties), Geranium, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Sweet Orange.

The essential oils I'm currently using are made by Artizen and are an undiluted, 100% pure oil. I found mine on Amazon.

The bottles I use, both the 1oz amber sprayers and the 2oz cobalt sprayers are made by Vivaplex. You can find them at https://vivaplex.com or on Amazon.

As always, if you have any questions or comments, please send me a message! I'd love to hear what combination of Essential oils you used to make your own Botanical Bug Spray! Have a great day!

**A word of caution...essential oils are typically recommended to be used externally, so if someone suggests a remedy where you have to ingest an eo, question it and be hesitant in using that item.
