Recipe for a 6 inch ring:
150g egg
20g yolk
115g caster sugar
115g plain flour
18g butter

Creme Patisserie:
375ml milk
Vanilla
60g yolk
90g caster sugar
30g plain flour
30g corn flour
225g softened butter
