Things weren't always easy on our operation. Here is how we fed our small herd many years ago, using a 40hp David Brown tractor purchased new in the 1970's by my Father and original founder of the Angus herd. Now we use a John Deere 6110R tractor along with a Hustler TX205 bale processor, and the hay is high quality wrapped haylage. Prior to us, there were multiple generations farming this land back until 1840 when it was first purchased by our family. We work our rear ends off to improve daily and the historic Angus herd, and property reflect that effort.
