I had not walked in 3 months. TOO HOT in Las Vegas.
LEG pain after all this.
Really BAD athletes foot in usual place on left foot between toes.
3 days for foot to feel better and now back to normal.

This walk started at Saturday at 8am.
I ended up walking 12 miles which about killed me.
I had not walked really anywhere since June 2024 when Las Vegas got TOO HOT
for walking outside.

DC was in a cool spell weekend Sept 7, 2024.
I ended up getting a bad case of athlete's foot from one of the hotel showers
and all the walking.
