Held twice a year on the outskirts of Paris, the Foire de Chatou is one of the largest antique markets in Europe.
It is a large-scale event with more than 300 stands lined up in the plaza of "Ile des impressionnistes" (Island of Impressionists), a sandbar floating in the Seine. It is an antique market that is highly rated for its quality.
