i'm not sure if this is already a method but:
just imagine you are on a plane that is taking you to your desired reality.
you can do anything you want as this plays but i have two recommendations:
relax as much as you can, as if you were falling asleep while saying affirmations.
relax and visualize everything you're gonna do once you get there, as if you were going on vacation.

affirmations:

・❥・ i can shift
༊*·˚ my consciousness is free to explore any reality i choose
・❥・i allow my consciousness to experience my desired reality now
༊*·˚ shifting realities is real and very easy
・❥・ i am so grateful to be able to shift
༊*·˚ i am becoming aware in my desired reality
・❥・ i am peacefully entering my desired reality
༊*·˚ i am relaxed because i know i can shift
