Lawnmower racing season is right around the corner, time for the janticjournal to get in gear. This video is about what we do to get a Peerless 700 mower gearbox ready to race. Using shiftable lawnmower transmissions is required for most USLMRA and ARMA divisions. The Peerless 700 has a big advantage over a transaxle since you have more flexibility in the axle, hubs and sprockets you can use.
