Bouclier was started by Lydia Callaghan as a response to her father's battle with skin cancer. She wanted to create a product that was easy to add to or remove from a helmet that would completely shield the user's face from harmful UV rays so they could enjoy cycling on sunny days. Her visor product costs $45 and can be added to most helmets using stickers with built in magnets. These magnets connect with the UV shield which can be swiveled up or down and reduces wind and dust as well as UV. Lydia commented on protecting the back of your neck as well and she tends to use a bandana but there are some hats and other neckwear that can go a long way towards reducing sun exposure there as well. So far the Bouclier visors come in black, white and blue. Official website at http://www.boucliervisors.com/
