Love music from the 60's? This 10 minute walking workout is created for beginners or anyone who loves the oldies but goodies classic music of the 60s. This fun walking workout is designed to be easy on the knees by alternating a move with walking every 20 seconds. There will be no squats, no jumping and no floor exercises in this workout. You can walk at my pace, or if you're able to, you can pick up the pace during the walking sections before joining again for the next exercise.
