Story:
To The Abandoned Sacred Beasts is a dark fantasy masterpiece about the never-ending journey to hunt for heteromorphic soldiers.

During the long civil war that divided the country into north and south, the outnumbered north used forbidden technology to create heteromorphic soldiers called “Incarnates.”
With the power they gain in exchange for their human form, they lead the war to peace. However, now that time has passed since the civil war, the Incarnates soldiers, once hailed as gods, are now feared for their power and called beasts.

The protagonist Hank is on a journey to kill the pseudo-gods, who wreak havoc across the land. Along the way Schaal, a young girl whose Incarnates father was killed by Hank, decides to travel with Hank to find out the meaning of her father's murder.
