How to make a cous cous (couscous) of lamb and vegetables Moroccan style. You can change the lamb for beef, chicken or even pork. We will also see how to make the Ras el Hanout spice mix, ideal for seasoning meats, fish and stews. Recipe very easy to make, traditionally made and, as always, very rich.

300 g of cous cous
1 shoulder of lamb
1 onion
2 carrots
2 medium potatoes
1 zucchini
750 ml chicken broth
2 teaspoons of Ras el Hanout
Toasted almonds
Parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
For the Ras el Hanout:
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon of cardamom
2 teaspoons of ginger
2 teaspoons of turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander
2 teaspoons of pepper
1 teaspoon of cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of paprika (sweet or spicy)
