These are some of my all time favourite face exercises to tighten and lift the face!

I was introduced to these exercises by my 86 year old grandmother, and if you could see her you'd be doing these exercises every day too! She has a beautiful glow to her skin, it's absolutely flawless and smooth. She credits this all to her face exercise routine!

Just like exercising other parts of your body, face exercises can help tone and strengthen the muscles in your face. Regular practice may lead to improved muscle tone, resulting in a firmer and more defined appearance.
