this song is called จิ๊จ๊ะ (Ji Jaa) by Silly Fools.
Ji Jaa wasn't actually a word but a sound made to describe the sound of getting nagged (jeez jeez jeez). Because lyricist planned to use another word that have similar sound 'Jah Jaa' in this song which is from the word 'Ja' (word when you agree with something, or agree to do something.).
You could say Ja = Yes. (same as Krub and Ka when used to respond to something)
