In this hidden house, there is an Egyptian mummy, the only Egyptian mummy you can find in Chile. It is hidden in a very wooded area in the commune of Hualpén, in the old house of the philanthropist Pedro del Rio Zañartu. This house has been converted into a museum with all the items he brought back from his travels around the world. Among the souvenirs, there are Japanese armors, Egyptian mummies, shrunken heads from the Amazon, and many other relics from cultures worldwide.
