This 25 minute yoga workout is the perfect full body toning routine. Using only your own body weight you will boost your metabolism, burn fat, and strengthen the entire body.
If you have never tried a Hiit workout before, it stands for High-intensity interval training, A hiit workout consists of short bursts of intense work that typically last between 15 seconds to 4 minutes. These are followed by a quick recovery period and then right back to the tough work
This yoga workout we will work through short bursts of different yoga inspired exercises. Each will be followed by a quick recovery in a restorative yoga pose. Helping you to leave the mat feeling your best.
Please always listen to your body and what feels good for you. If you ever feel uncomfortable at any time during todays practise, take rest in Childs pose.
