Ingredients:

1 -1 1/2 lbs of salmon
1/2 small red onion & 1/2 small white onion or 1 red or 1 white onion
1/2 large sweetpepper
2 stalks of scallion (green onion)
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
2 large cloves of garlic
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tbsp of butter
1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
curry powder (add the amount you want)
Badia complete seasoning
All purpose seasoning
Blackpepper
Salt
