While Marq was already in the entrepreneur space, his wife TeNeika was working in the marketplace when the Lord called them to transition TeNeika into being a full-time stay-at-home mom. Homeschooling their boys while utilizing her marketplace skills, TeNeika has come alongside Marquel to help continue to grow their High-Performance Leadership Firm and all-male school, Academy of Kings.

Bringing different workplace mentalities required making some adjustments and in this video, Marquel shares how he leads them in pursuing individual and team development in order to begin growing in the same mindset - the mindset of a high-achieving, high-impacting leader mastering success.
