“El huerto de Isidro” (“Isidro´s orchard”) is a tribute to my father Isidro Pisa Cambra, a man who despite coming from a rural environment and a humble family made a big sacrifice and effort to study after work (being already married and having children) secondary education, high school and who even got a degree on Law. He did all that to get a better job so that he could offer his family a better life.

“El huerto de Isidro” is composed of a short documentary film series showing the cultivation process of different kinds of vegetables, all done in a traditional way.

All the images have been recorded in Poleñino, province of Huesca (Spain).

We have to keep in mind that farming and dates showing in each video will differ in other territories according to climate conditions, latitude (North – South) and altitude (meters over sea level), and so on.
