This session, led by muaythai world champion, holistic nutrition expert and ITA Education Ambassador Janice Lyn, provided practical advice and tips from her experience on how to make the most out of nutrition and lifestyle to support performance. As supplements can be a risk for athletes, maximising a food-first approach to nutrition and considering lifestyle factors before using supplements can be a factor in reducing the risk of an inadvertent Anti-Doping Rule Violation.
