Dhikala Grassland has been closed by the forest officials until further notice.
After a Tiger killed a 50-year-old man working in a grassland area for electric fence maintenance outside the Dhikala campus premises on 23rd November 2023.

Only 2 major roads are open as of now Kamarpatta and Sambar Road, the rest of everything is closed.

Plan your trip to Dhikala in January so that you get access to the Grassland area and Par area.
