The Elite Engineering E2-X Ultra Catch Can is a big oil separator. The catch can body alone measures about 6 inches long and 4 inches in diameter. I have read a number of research papers and the Elite does follow a lot of practices for good catch can design. There is a patent on the Elite Engineering E2-X Ultra catch can so that is a good thing. I like its construction and its made in the USA. I have not found any patents on the competition such as MightyMouse, JLT, Mishimoto, UPR, and Moroso. I like its construction and its made in the USA.
