Everyone works up a sweat sometimes. That is healthy and also normal. But it's a different story if you always have the feeling that you sweat more than the others.
Sometimes even when it's not really hot or you're not doing any physical activity. Maybe some unpleasant moments come to your mind: beads of sweat during a meeting or wet stains on your T-shirt - even though it's not that hot outside. Some people will even avoid shaking hands with their counterparts, because you don't want to give anyone your damp hands. If this is the case, so-called hyperhidrosis could be the cause. What is that, you ask? Stay tuned and find out in our video.
