Here’s a visual I really like for helping explain the difference between rotisserie-style and balão-style head movement: the “head paintbrush” 🖌️ (or in this video, a big ol’ marker).

🍗 For ROTISSERIE (“frango assado”) style head movement, reach that paintbrush as far away as you can and try to paint a tiny dot in the same spot as your body is rotating.

🎈For BALÃO (“balloon”) style head movement, grow the paintbrush tall and paint a big circle on the ceiling. Make sure this circle is parallel to the floor, and not tilting at an angle - aim for the ceiling!
