Want to know an immediate hack to make your videos more cinematic? Using a backlight can help make your interviews and B-roll appear more professional and cinematic. A backlight adds more depth and direction to your image. If you ever feel that your image appears flat or is lacking depth, add in a backlight on the back of your subject to add a splash of color and texture to your shot!
