MEN MEN is a dish made of dried cornstarch. It tastes really hard to eat. but because the lives of upland people are very hard, they do not have enough rice to eat. they eat dried cornstarch to keep them full last longer, enough for a day of hard work.
This dish is served with tofu soup, making it easier to swallow. Despite the cheap and simple food, the workers here still eat it deliciously, because they are used to it. Cherish the life you have and DO NOT WASTE FOOD.
