Divorce in the Somali community is something that is common nowadays, and that is completely normal not all things work out as we want. The main problem here occurs when the two parts have a child together when they divorce, and they for example do not discuss the future of this child. Another big problem happens when one of the parent whom the child lives with begins to despite the other part, and keep away the child from the other parent.

If both of the parents do not discuss about this problem, then they lack responsibility. As parents the traits to communication and responsibility should be our first and foremost priority when it comes to the future of our children. But some people have not been taught this kind of fact in our community or may not take those traits seriously. In this video today I will tell a story containing the problems I have told above, the story is about to people who have divorced and have children together. A little hint…they do not handle it very well.
