This keto and low carb friendly soup recipe could become one of your favourites heading into the cooler months. It's an easy keto recipe with easily sourced ingredients, but it packs a great flavour punch. It's great in a smaller portion for an entrée, but is hearty enough to make a meal out of it.
CAULIFLOWER BLUE CHEESE SOUP
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Chopped Onion
1-2 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Large Cauliflower
220 grams Stilton Cheese
1/2 Cup Full/Double Cream
200 ml Almond Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
