We are delighted that our European Patient Ambassador Programme (EPAP) has been translated into Ukrainian with the support of the Pulmonary Hypertension Ukrainian Rare Disease Association (PHURDA).

Find out more about EPAP: https://europeanlung.org/en/get-invol...

There are 8 modules covering a variety of topics, including supporting research and development, influencing policy and participating in healthcare conferences. These have now been translated to make EPAP accessible to people in Ukraine and Ukrainian speakers around the world. We would like to thank PHURDA for their support in creating our Ukrainian version and their continued support in helping us to reach people who could benefit from the programme in Ukraine.

EPAP can help people, and their carers, with a chronic condition. It allows them to gain basic skills and knowledge to be effective advocates, feel more empowered and represent themselves and others successfully in healthcare.

You can register for free and select the language you want to complete EPAP in from the drop-down menu. A certificate can be downloaded after successful completion of each module.

EPAP is now available in 8 languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Ukraine.

We welcome patient organisations and healthcare professionals to use and share the platform to their own patients and networks. More information is available on our EPAP webpage.
