Yeah! It's finally time to jump on the CeVIO bandwagon!

For those of you who aren't familiar with CeVIO, it's a free software that for a long time offered a nice alternative to the Voiceroid software, however a recent update has incorporated a nice singing feature into its interface. The only voice option is that of Satou Sasara, a 16 year old girl with a high quality voicebank (for lack of a better word), as well as decent tone and pitch. However, I encountered a few errors. Some voicebank issues (she doesn't connect her vowels, some parts glitched out), as well as some software problems. All in all however, I suggest you go download her and test her out!

Now its time to talk about the video. I found a vocals only version floating around youtube, so I decided to take the opportunity to test out VocalShifter, a software I've had some experience with in the past. Since the vocals only version included some background noise and an added chorus line, however, It took me an entire day to make it sound decent.

Woah though. It's like the fates aligned to make this video not happen or something. Sony Vegas crashed twice, and I had to render it /5 time/ because there was something off every time (the lipsync model is still a little off, but what the fuck ever).
