On this video tutorial we are going to learn how to set up an I (W beam) beam profile and create a shear and bending moment diagrams, maximum bending stress due to M is also covered. Finally, reaction forces are calculated on this tutorial. SolidWorks Simulation Result are then compared to the hand calculated values.
