Fert Dance Friday! It's time to put one or two of those tools to work! Doing some broadleaf weed control today around the lawn, not in it, with T Zone SE (2, 4-d, Dicamba, Triclopyr, Sulfentrazone) and a D-Thatch app for the lawn. T-zone is a good all around selective broadleaf herbicide that is safe to use on Kentucky Bluegrass, Fescue, Rye, Zoysia and Bermuda. rates will vary depending on grass type and time of year. This is a great option when temps are cool.

I used the high rate of 1.5 ounces per thousand for the area I did today and sprayed out of the Chameleon on the 6 ounces setting.
This is available at turf supply stores or online, it is considered a Pro Turf Herbicide but is not a controlled or regulated material. Caution should always be used when applying chemicals and proper PPE should be worn. PLEASE READ THE LABELS AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. THE LABEL IS THE LAW.
