This video is a part of the life story of a great woman who, in addition to farming, animal husbandry, and child rearing, has been baking traditional bread almost every day.

She lives in a rural and nomadic area of Bakhtiari region in southwest of Iran.

In this video, we are with her in this mountainous region (Zagros Mountains) to see how she prepares this traditional bread that is only baked in this region.
