Our Expert Determination Webinar for instructing solicitors follows the main phases of an expert determination being:

• Drafting – getting the agreement for expert determination right, whether within an overarching SPA or shareholders’ agreement or a bespoke contractual agreement for determination
• Appointing – agreeing the expert’s terms of reference, procedure and output
• During – how an expert might deal with difficult issues that arise and what to do if you think they are going “off piste”
