How to Change Wheel Bearings Easily Without Using a Press - Freezer Method

A quick video showing how to remove and replace wheel bearings without specialist tools. Please note the replacement bearing needs to cool in the freezer for around 24 hours prior to fitting.

I've found this procedure works for most bearings including the tapered type in the MGB front hub. Also works for subframe bushes and other press-fit parts.
