We continue making sure your kitchen is the best and affordable patisserie of the neighborhood with Chef Yasemin!
After our "doughnut" recipe you have shown love for and followed, this time we are making eclairs which are also adored. Giant ones! Coming in all kinds of fillings and leaving a remarkable aftertaste in our mouths, we prepare the eclairs with the tips of Chef Yasemin.
Moreover, the giant ones range from 20-25 to 30-35 Turkish Liras in patisseries, but the ones made with Chef Yasemin's recipe will cost 5,5 Turkish Liras each. And you'll be able to make six of them!

Ingredients for the Giant Eclair Recipe:
For The Pastry:
235 milliliters of water (1 cup+ 2 fingers' height)
100 grams of butter (1/2 cup)
A pinch of salt
175 grams of flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
4 eggs (at room temperature)
For The Filling:
2 egg yolks
60 grams of granulated sugar
25 grams of starch (corn or wheat starch) (2 tablespoons)
240 milliliters of milk (1 cup + 1 finger height)
Vanilla pod 1 cm in diameter (chopped and without seeds)
180 milliliters of cream (1 finger height less than a cup)
For The Chocolate Sauce:
120 grams of dark chocolate (if wanted, milk chocolate for half)
60 milliliters of cream (1/4 cups)
30 milliliters of milk (2 tablespoons)

Good to know:
1) All sizes of water glasses in our recipes equal to standard 200 ml water glasses.
