INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup of vegan Yogurt
½ Tbsp Smoked paprika
½ Tbsp Turmeric powder
¼ Tbsp Salt 1 Block of Extra firm chopped tofu

1 Tbsp Cooking oil
1 Cup of finely chopped onions
1 Cup of chopped Green bell pepper
1 Cup of chopped red bell pepper
1 & ½ Cup of Cooked chickpeas
3 Cloves of chopped Garlic
½ Tbsp grated ginger
1 Cup of diced tin tomatoes
¼ Tbsp Turmeric
½ Tbsp Red paprika
½ Tbsp cumin powder
½ Tbsp Coriander powder
¼ Tbsp Cinnamon powder
½ Cup of Cashew cream
1 Cup of water or Vegetable Broth
Salt to taste

You can serve this Chickpeas tofu curry with your choice of flat bread or Rice
