This is a workshop designed to practice a self care routine to Master Your Moment. We begin with a movement activity, then proceed to do art journaling of a lion to symbolize courage. As we do our art, I discuss courage and ask questions to get you thinking and nurture your mind. Then we do a meditation and affirmations on courage. After coming back to complete the art, we conclude by setting an intention for the next week on implementing courage in your life this next week.
